Yes. Our policy applies to all delivered products and services, including Standard Reports, On-Demand Reports, Customized Reports and Strategic Consulting engagements. All are classified as proprietary, non-tangible assets.

Yes. While we evaluate hard copy damage/loss for replacement (at our sole discretion), the purchase itself remains non-refundable. The non-tangible asset (the digital version) is always delivered first, rendering the sale final and irreversible.
